What an honor to be at the Christ Wesleyan Church in Milton, Pennsylvania, where I spoke to Hispanics, who are an important branch of the church. There were between 1,000 and 2,000 in attendance. Immer Ramirez, the pastor of this growing congregation, did an awesome job in organizing the evangelistic weekend event. God’s Spirit moved in hearts as people found Christ, were reconciled, or sought inner healing for wounds of the past.
Living in a materialistic country with the continual work demands and the stresses of life can negatively affect the spiritual focus of Christians. But praise the Lord for those who sincerely and earnestly seek Him! According to statistics, over 50 million Hispanics now live in the U.S. The opportunities for sharing the Good News are endless, as congregations emerge throughout the country.
Coming up … evangelistic music festivals will be held in two cities of Bolivia next month. Pray that many will come to Christ.
